Management and implementation of the academic timetable, as well as providing general administrative support and student/parent support services in the day-to-day operation and activities of the Academy
Maintain daily operation of the studios (Wong Chuk Hang & Happy Valley) and handling studio rental and booking matters
Prepare proposals, event budget and activity summary reports including but not limited to ballet workshops and year-end performance
Handling the Academy's daily expenses, purchase order preparation, daily treasury duties, such as handling payment transactions and cash management
Develop and execute promotional plans; including arranging different events, copywriting social media post & eDM, and marketing materials.
Manage and execute the Academy, children rehearsals and other related events
Develop and execute assessments for students of the Academy
Plan and execute recruitment events for children dancers and students for the Academy
Part-time staff coordination, including payroll, and roster management
Liaise with internal teams, venue personnel, teachers, pianists and other relevant parties to ensure that operations are efficient, effective and of the highest standard
Ad hoc tasks assigned by the senior supervisor
5 days work, shift duty required
Requirement:
A recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of ballet is preferred
At least 3-5 years of administrative experience with educational settings would be desirable
Experience in billing, invoicing, and purchase order processing is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing
Good team player, self-motivated and thrives in a fast paced environment
Presentable, proactive, approachable, outgoing and friendly
Possess a pleasant personality and positive attitude with team spirit
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Academy Officer
