About the Program
ballet workshop for ages 7+
In Ballet 1, children understand and can safely execute ballet fundamentals. Through fun and engaging activities, the foundational ballet building blocks are introduced and refined. This includes proper turnout of legs, pointing feet and body alignment, which prepares students for the continued study of ballet in Ballet 2.
