Open Dress Rehearsal

An open dress rehearsal of Paquita．Bolero．Carnival+ was held on 28th May 2015 at the Grand Theatre, Hong Kong Cultural Centre. Almost 140 participants including members of Arts with the Disabled Association and TWGHs Jockey Club Rehabilitation Complex, youths from ChickenSoup Foundation and Changing Young Lives Foundation, and senior citizens from Helping Hands and Sik Sik Yuen were in attendance. They acquired a deep appreciation for, and understanding of, the story and background of the ballet by listening to a talk before the rehearsal. For our guests’ convenience, we arranged a volunteer to provide sign language translation for a group of hearing-impaired participants. The appreciative audiences really enjoyed this ballet production and were impressed by the gorgeous ballet movements.
