The Sleeping Beauty workshop

On Sunday 1^st March 2015, the Hong Kong Ballet organized The Sleeping Beauty workshop at Tuen Mun Dance Day in the Exhibition Gallery, Tuen Mun Town Hall. During the workshop, participants enjoyed making arts & crafts such as Princess & prince’s crowns and fairy’s magic wands, taking the first look on costumes of those magical characters in the ballet, as well as taking photos in the photo corner for memories. During the storytelling session, our Education & Community Outreach Manager, Ms Vency Kwok introduced the story of The Sleeping Beauty and taught some dance movements and mime to around 80 participants. All of the participants really enjoyed the day, as demonstrated by delightful smiles with their handmade crowns and magic wands.
