Hong Kong Ballet wants to proactively reach people from all walks of life in the community, and our Accessibility Fund creates opportunities for underserved people year-round. We give out free tickets to performances and open dress rehearsals to those who cannot afford them and may never have experienced ballet before. We also organise special community activities free of charge, including regular ballet workshops, public outreach ballet workshops, custom ballet workshops and library talks with our award-winning Education and Outreach Department. All donations go directly towards ticket purchases and to organising engaging, creative workshops in local districts for the elderly, people with special needs, hospitals, orphanages, minority groups and others.
